An insurance company which incorporates or is authorized\n\ninitially to transact the business of insurance in Oklahoma after\n\nthe effective date of this act may transact all kinds of insurance\n\nwith no additional capital or surplus requirements.\n\nB. An insurance company which incorporated or was initially\n\nauthorized to transact the business of insurance in Oklahoma prior\n\nto the effective date of this act and which is otherwise qualified\n\ntherefor may be authorized to transact combinations of kinds of\n\ninsurance (other than the life and accident and health combination\n\nshown in Section 610 of this article) while possessing and\n\nmaintaining thereafter additional surplus in regard to policyholders\n\nnot less in amount than that determined in subsection C of this\n\nsection.\n\nC. For any lawful combination add One Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($100,000.00) for each additional kind of insurance included in the\n\ncombination, to the amount required under Section 610 of this\n\narticle for that one kind of insurance in the combination for which\n\nthe largest amount is required under said Section 610, except:\n\n1. Vehicle and accident and health insurance may be combined\n\nwith casualty, and in any combination including casualty, without\n\nfunds in addition to those required because of casualty.\n\n2. An insurer, if otherwise qualified therefor, may be\n\nauthorized to transact all kinds of insurance except life and title\n\ninsurance.\n\n3.
