Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6123","heading":"Administration of act - Contracts","body":"Sections 6121 through 6136.18 of this title shall be\n\nadministered by the Insurance Commissioner. The Insurance\n\nCommissioner is authorized to prescribe reasonable rules and\n\nregulations concerning keeping and inspection of records, the filing\n\nof contracts and reports, and all other matters incidental to the\n\norderly administration of this law; and the Insurance Commissioner\n\nshall first approve all forms for sale contracts for prepaid funeral\n\nbenefits. All contracts for prepaid funeral benefits shall be in\n\nwriting and no contract form shall be used without first being\n\napproved by the Insurance Commissioner.
