Any officer, director, agent, or employee of any\n\norganization subject to the terms of Sections 6121 through 6136.18\n\nof this title who makes or attempts to make any contract in\n\nviolation of the provisions of Sections 6121 through 6136.18 of this\n\ntitle, or who refuses to allow an inspection of the records of the\n\norganization, or who violates any other provision of Sections 6121\n\nthrough 6136.18 of this title, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a\n\nClass D1 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, and a fine not exceeding Ten Thousand\n\nDollars ($10,000.00), and ordered to pay restitution to the victim.\n\nEach violation of any provision of Sections 6121 through 6136.18 of\n\nthis title shall be deemed a separate offense and prosecuted\n\nindividually.\n\nB. The violation of any provision of Sections 6121 through\n\n6136.18 of this title shall constitute a cause for the Oklahoma\n\nFuneral Board to revoke, or to refuse to issue or renew, any license\n\nissued pursuant to the provisions of Sections 396 through 396.33 of\n\nTitle 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The violation of any provision\n\nof Sections 6121 through 6136.18 of this title shall constitute a\n\ncause for the Insurance Commissioner to issue a notice and order to\n\nshow cause why the licensee shall not be censured, have the license\n\nof the licensee suspended or revoked, be subject to a fine of not\n\nless than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and not more than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or be subject to both such fine and\n\npunishment.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"26765dea200969c65cbf7407d041fa6c9319bc2b6a9e94b877b9d1089583c65a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6130v1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6131"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
