If upon completion of application the Insurance Commissioner\n\nfinds that the insurer has met the requirements for and is entitled\n\nthereto under this Code, he shall issue to the insurer a proper\n\ncertificate of authority; if he does not so find, the Insurance\n\nCommissioner shall issue his order refusing such certificate. The\n\nInsurance Commissioner shall not issue a certificate of authority to\n\nany domestic insurer incorporated after January 1, 1970, unless each\n\nof the shareholders of the common capital stock thereof is entitled\n\nat the shareholders meetings to one vote for each share standing in\n\nhis name in the books of the corporation. The Insurance\n\nCommissioner shall act upon an application for a certificate of\n\nauthority within thirty (30) days after its completion.\n\nB. The certificate, if issued, shall specify the kind or kinds\n\nof insurance the insurer is authorized to transact in Oklahoma.
