The Commissioner may issue a license to an insurance\n\nadjuster or a public adjuster in accordance with the provisions of\n\nthe Insurance Adjusters Licensing Act.\n\nB. A firm, association, company, or corporation shall be\n\nlicensed only as an adjuster. In the case of a firm each general\n\npartner and each other individual to act for the firm pursuant to\n\nthe license, and in the case of a corporation, association, or\n\ncompany each individual to act for the corporation, association, or\n\ncompany pursuant to the license, shall be named in the license and\n\nshall qualify therefor as though an individual licensee.
