The answers of the applicant to any examination for\n\nlicensing as an adjuster shall be written by the applicant under\n\nsupervision of the Insurance Commissioner or an administrator\n\napproved by the Insurance Commissioner.\n\nB. Examination for licensing shall be at such reasonable times\n\nand places as are designated by the Insurance Commissioner.\n\nC. An applicant who has failed to pass the first two\n\nexaminations for the license applied for shall not be permitted to\n\ntake a subsequent examination until the expiration of thirty (30)\n\ndays after the last examination.
