An adjuster shall report to the Insurance Commissioner any\n\nadministrative action taken against the adjuster in another\n\njurisdiction or by another governmental agency in this state within\n\nthirty (30) days of the final disposition of the matter. This\n\nreport shall include a copy of the order, consent to order or other\n\nrelevant legal documents.\n\nB. Within thirty (30) days of the initial pretrial hearing\n\ndate, an adjuster shall report to the Insurance Commissioner any\n\ncriminal prosecution of the adjuster taken in any jurisdiction.
