Authorized agencies include:\n\na. the State Fire Marshal and the marshal or head of any\n\ncounty or local fire or theft investigatory agency,\n\nb. the Director of the State Bureau of Investigation,\n\nc. the district attorney in the county where the fire or\n\ntheft occurred, and\n\nd. for the purposes of subsection A of Section 6303 of\n\nthis title, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the\n\nUnited States Attorney or any other federal agency\n\nauthorized or charged with investigation or\n\nprosecution with respect to a fire or theft;\n\n2. Relevant information means any information having a tendency\n\nto make the existence of any fact that is of consequence to the\n\ninvestigation or determination of the issue more probable or less\n\nprobable than it would be without the information; and\n\n3.
