Stat. tit. 36, § 36-633","heading":"MEWA defined - Information relating to administrative","body":"services contracts.\n\nA. As used in this act, the term \"Multiple Employer Welfare\n\nArrangement\" or \"MEWA\" means that term as defined in Section 3 of\n\nthe Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C.,\n\nSection 1002(40)(A), as amended, that meets either or both of the\n\nfollowing criteria:\n\n1. One or more of the employer members of the MEWA is either\n\ndomiciled in this state or has its principal place of business or\n\nprincipal administrative office in this state; or\n\n2. The MEWA solicits an employer that is domiciled in this\n\nstate or that has its principal place of business or principal\n\nadministrative office in this state.\n\nB. Each insurer licensed to do business in this state,\n\nincluding any corporation organized under the provisions of Article\n\n26 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, that administers a MEWA\n\nshall provide the Insurance Commissioner with such information\n\nregarding the insurer's administrative services contract or\n\ncontracts with such MEWA or MEWAs that the Commissioner may\n\nreasonably require.\n\nC.
