The Association shall submit to the Insurance Commissioner,\n\nannually, from the date of its inception, a statement prepared by an\n\nindependent certified public accountant which shall contain\n\ninformation with respect to its transactions, condition, operations,\n\nand affairs during the preceding calendar year. The statement shall\n\ncontain such matters and information as are prescribed and shall be\n\nin such form as is approved by the Commissioner. The Commissioner\n\nmay, at any time, require the Association to furnish additional\n\ninformation with respect to its transactions, condition, operations,\n\nand affairs, or any matter connected therewith considered to be\n\nmaterial and of assistance in evaluating the scope, operation and\n\nexperience of the Association.\n\nB. The books of account, records, reports and other documents\n\nof the Association shall be open and free for examination to the\n\nCommissioner at all reasonable times.\n\nC. The books of account, records, reports and other documents\n\nof the Association shall be open to inspection by the members at\n\nsuch times and under such conditions and regulations as the Board\n\nshall determine.\n\nD.
