Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6421","heading":"Dissolution of Association - Reimplementation","body":"If at any time after the provisions of this act are implemented,\n\neither by voluntary plan or as otherwise provided for herein, the\n\nState Insurance Commissioner would determine by written order that\n\nthere was no further need for such Association, then the same would\n\nbe dissolved. Provided however, that if such Association were\n\ndissolved, and then the State Insurance Commissioner determined at a\n\nlater time there existed a need for such Association, the\n\nCommissioner of Insurance would then proceed according to the\n\nprovisions of Section 53 of this act, and that section would again\n\nbe applicable at that time.\n\nIf the Commissioner makes such a determination to reimplement\n\nthe Association, he will give the companies involved ninety (90)\n\ndays to comply, and if they fail to do so, then Sections 47 through\n\n55 of this act would be applicable.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"277c5d3169d737670e58233dc165316aaac4a51d6ec0c83d24cbdb9330420ca4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6420","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6422"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
