Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6460","heading":"Enforcement powers of Commissioner","body":"The Insurance Commissioner of this state is authorized to make\n\nuse of any of the powers established pursuant to the Insurance Code\n\nof this state to enforce the laws of this state so long as those\n\npowers are not specifically preempted by the Risk Retention Act of\n\n1986, as amended, including the administrative authority of the\n\nCommissioner to investigate, issue subpoenas, conduct depositions\n\nand hearings, issue orders, impose penalties and seek injunctive\n\nrelief. Regarding any investigation, administrative proceedings or\n\nlitigation, the Commissioner may rely on the procedural laws of this\n\nstate.
