An association, a corporation, a limited liability company,\n\na partnership, a trust, or other business entity may be a\n\nparticipant in a sponsored captive insurance company formed or\n\nlicensed pursuant to the Oklahoma Captive Insurance Company Act.\n\nB. A sponsor may be a participant in a sponsored captive\n\ninsurance company.\n\nC. A participant need not be an owner of the sponsored captive\n\ninsurance company or an affiliate of the company.\n\nD.
