Each small employer carrier shall maintain at its principal\n\nplace of business a complete and detailed description of its rating\n\npractices and renewal underwriting practices, including information\n\nand documentation that demonstrate that its rating methods and\n\npractices are based upon commonly accepted actuarial assumptions and\n\nare in accordance with sound actuarial principles.\n\nB. Each small employer carrier shall file with the Insurance\n\nCommissioner annually on or before March 15 an actuarial\n\ncertification certifying that the carrier is in compliance with this\n\nact and that the rating methods of the small employer carrier are\n\nactuarially sound. Such certification shall be in a form and\n\nmanner, and shall contain such information, as specified by the\n\nCommissioner. A copy of the certification shall be retained by the\n\nsmall employer carrier at its principal place of business.\n\nC. A small employer carrier shall make the information and\n\ndocumentation described in subsection A of this section available to\n\nthe Commissioner upon request.
