Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6528","heading":"Reissuance of certain terminated coverage","body":"The Insurance Commissioner may promulgate rules to require small\n\nemployer carriers, as a condition of transacting business with small\n\nemployers in this state after the effective date of this act, to\n\nreissue a health benefit plan to any small employer whose health\n\nbenefit plan has been terminated or not renewed by the carrier after\n\nDecember 31, 1993.
