Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6564","heading":"Examination of affairs of private review agent","body":"Whenever the Insurance Commissioner deems it to be prudent for\n\nthe benefit of the insureds, health care providers, or insurers, the\n\nCommissioner or any person designated by the Commissioner may visit\n\nand examine the affairs of any private review agent to determine if\n\nthe agent is in compliance with the provisions of the Hospital and\n\nMedical Services Utilization Review Act or any rules adopted or\n\norders issued pursuant thereto.\n\nAny person or entity examined pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nHospital and Medical Services Utilization Review Act shall pay the\n\nproper charges incurred for such examination, including the actual\n\nexpenses of the Insurance Commissioner or the expenses and\n\ncompensation of his authorized representative and the expenses and\n\ncompensation of assistants and examiners employed therein.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"debd9870ad99c200db57e082a2ba9b4e0811872aae2a6aa1cb11fd3de4c42690","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6563","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6565"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
