On receipt of information documenting a prior authorization\n\nfrom the enrollee or from the enrollee's health care provider, a\n\nutilization review entity shall honor a prior authorization granted\n\nto an enrollee from a previous utilization review entity for at\n\nleast the initial sixty (60) days of an enrollee's coverage under a\n\nnew health plan.\n\nB. During the time period described in subsection A of this\n\nsection, a utilization review entity may perform its own review to\n\ngrant a prior authorization or make an adverse determination.\n\nC.
