Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6570.2","heading":"Utilization review entities — Duties","body":"A utilization review entity shall make any current prior\n\nauthorization requirements and restrictions, including written\n\nclinical criteria, readily accessible on its website to enrollees\n\nand health care providers. Prior authorization requirements shall\n\nbe described in detail but also in easily understandable language.\n\nIf a utilization review entity intends either to implement a new\n\nprior authorization requirement or restriction, or amend an existing\n\nrequirement or restriction, the utilization review entity shall\n\nensure that the new or amended requirement or restriction is not\n\nimplemented unless the utilization review entity's website has been\n\nupdated to reflect the new or amended requirement or restriction.\n\nIf a utilization review entity intends either to implement a new\n\nprior authorization requirement or restriction, or amend an existing\n\nrequirement or restriction, the utilization review entity shall\n\nprovide contracted health care providers credentialed to perform the\n\nservice, or enrollees who have a chronic condition and are already\n\nreceiving the service for which the prior authorization changes will\n\nimpact, notice of the new or amended requirement or restriction no\n\nless than sixty (60) days before the requirement or restriction is\n\nimplemented.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"012317bd59e997f7c7f5389982525737fe90c1bb7d87b549f525661f988b6e7f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6570.11","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-6570.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
