On the approval of the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner, a\n\nforeign mutual insurance company may reorganize in compliance with\n\nthe requirements of any law or regulation applicable to the foreign\n\nmutual insurance company by:\n\n1. Transferring its members' membership interests into a mutual\n\nholding company formed under a procedure analogous to that described\n\nby this act; and\n\n2. Continuing the corporate existence of the reorganizing\n\nforeign mutual insurance company as a foreign stock insurance\n\ncompany subsidiary of the mutual holding company.\n\nB.
