Stat. tit. 36, § 36-660.7","heading":"Multiple mutual insurers — Joint application and plan","body":"The concurrent reorganization of a domestic mutual insurer with\n\none or more mutual insurers, domestic or foreign, into a single\n\nmutual insurance holding company, whether domestic or foreign, may\n\nbe accomplished by a joint application and a joint plan of\n\nreorganization and may be approved by the Oklahoma Insurance\n\nCommissioner by complying with the requirements of this act.
