The Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner shall review the\n\nproposed plan of reorganization as an alternate conversion plan.\n\nThe Commissioner may require as a condition of approval\n\nmodifications of the proposed plan of reorganization that the\n\nCommissioner determines necessary to protect the members' interests.\n\nB. The Commissioner may retain at the mutual insurance\n\ncompany's expense, a qualified expert who is not a member of the\n\nCommissioner's staff to assist the Commissioner in reviewing the\n\nconversion plan and the valuation. If the Commissioner retains a\n\nqualified expert under this subsection, the Commissioner may extend\n\nthe period for decision by an additional sixty (60) days beyond the\n\ninitial sixty-day period.\n\nC.
