No vehicle protection product may be sold or offered for\n\nsale in this state unless the seller, warrantor and administrator,\n\nif any, comply with the provisions of the Vehicle Protection Product\n\nAct.\n\nB. Vehicle protection product warrantors and related vehicle\n\nprotection product sellers and warranty administrators complying\n\nwith the Vehicle Protection Product Act are not required to comply\n\nwith and are not subject to any other provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nInsurance Code.\n\nC. Licensed service contract providers may sell motor vehicle\n\nancillary protection products under the Service Warranty Act in\n\nTitle 15 of the Oklahoma Statutes and such sales shall not be\n\nsubject to the requirements of the Vehicle Protection Product Act.\n\nLicensed service contract providers may also be registered under the\n\nVehicle Protection Product Act. Sales of the vehicle protection\n\nproducts under the Vehicle Protection Product Act are exempt from\n\nthe requirements of the Service Warranty Act.\n\nD.
