All vehicle protection product warrantors shall keep\n\naccurate accounts, books, and records concerning transactions\n\nregulated under the Vehicle Protection Product Act.\n\nB. A vehicle protection product warrantor’s accounts, books,\n\nand records shall include:\n\n1. Copies of all vehicle protection product warranties;\n\n2. The name and address of each warranty holder; and\n\n3. The dates, amounts, and descriptions of all receipts,\n\nclaims, and expenditures.\n\nC. A vehicle protection product warrantor shall retain all\n\nrequired accounts, books, and records pertaining to each warranty\n\nholder for at least three (3) years after the specified period of\n\ncoverage has expired. A warrantor discontinuing business in this\n\nstate shall maintain its records until it furnishes the Insurance\n\nCommissioner satisfactory proof that the warrantor has discharged\n\nall obligations to warranty holders in this state.\n\nD.
