Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6660","heading":"Promulgation of rules","body":"The Commissioner may promulgate rules consistent with the\n\nprovisions of the Vehicle Protection Product Act as are necessary to\n\nimplement them. Such rules shall include disclosures for the\n\nbenefit of the warranty holder, record-keeping, and procedures for\n\npublic complaints.
