Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6661","heading":"Application and construction of act","body":"The Vehicle Protection Product Act applies to all vehicle\n\nprotection products sold or offered for sale on or after the\n\neffective date of this act. The failure of any person to comply\n\nwith the Vehicle Protection Product Act prior to its effective date\n\nshall not be admissible in any court proceeding, administrative\n\nproceeding, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution\n\nproceeding and may not otherwise be used to prove that the action of\n\nany person or the affected vehicle protection product was unlawful\n\nor otherwise improper.
