A vendor is required to hold a limited lines license to sell\n\nor offer coverage under a policy of portable electronics insurance.\n\nB. A limited lines license issued pursuant to this section\n\nshall authorize any employee or authorized representative of the\n\nvendor to sell or offer coverage under a policy of portable\n\nelectronics insurance to a customer at each location at which the\n\nvendor engages in portable electronics transactions.\n\nC. The supervising entity shall maintain a registry of vendor\n\nlocations which are authorized to sell or solicit portable\n\nelectronics insurance coverage in this state. Upon request by the\n\nInsurance Commissioner and with ten (10) days' notice to the\n\nsupervising entity, the registry shall be open to inspection and\n\nexamination by the Insurance Commissioner during regular business\n\nhours of the supervising entity.\n\nD.
