Each insurance company that provides workers' compensation\n\ninsurance or an equivalent insurance product in this state shall\n\nmaintain or provide workplace safety services for its policyholders\n\nas a condition for approval by the Insurance Commissioner to write\n\nsuch insurance. Such services shall be adequate to implement\n\nworkplace safety plans as required by the nature of its\n\npolicyholders' operations and shall include but not be limited to\n\nsurveys, recommendations, training programs, consultations, analyses\n\nof accident causes, industrial hygiene, and industrial health\n\nservices.\n\nB.
