Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the provisions\n\nof this act shall be the exclusive state law for licensees subject\n\nto the jurisdiction of the Insurance Commissioner for data security,\n\nthe investigation of a cybersecurity event, and notification to the\n\nCommissioner.\n\nB.
