Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6715","heading":"Travel protection plans","body":"\n\nTravel protection plans may be offered for one price for the\n\ncombined features that the travel protection plan offers in this\n\nstate if:\n\n1. The travel protection plan clearly discloses to the consumer\n\nat, or prior to, the time of purchase that it includes travel\n\ninsurance, travel assistance services and cancellation fee waivers\n\nas applicable, and provides information and an opportunity at, or\n\nprior to, the time of purchase for the consumer to obtain additional\n\ninformation regarding the features and pricing of each; and\n\n2.
