Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, no person shall\n\nact or represent itself as a travel administrator for travel\n\ninsurance in this state unless that person:\n\n1. Is a licensed property and casualty insurance producer in\n\nthis state for activities permitted under that producer license;\n\n2. Holds a valid managing general agent license in this state;\n\nor\n\n3. Holds a valid third-party administrator license in this\n\nstate.\n\nB. A travel administrator and its employees are exempt from the\n\nlicensing requirements of the Insurance Adjuster Licensing Act,\n\nSections 6201 et seq. of this title, for travel insurance it\n\nadministers.\n\nC.
