Notwithstanding any other provision of the Travel Insurance\n\nAct, travel insurance shall be classified and filed for purposes of\n\nrates and forms under an inland marine line of insurance; provided,\n\nhowever, that travel insurance covering sickness, accident,\n\ndisability or death occurring during travel, either exclusively or\n\nin conjunction with related coverages of emergency evacuation or\n\nrepatriation of remains, may be filed under either an inland marine\n\nline of insurance or an accident and health line of insurance.\n\nB. Travel insurance may be provided under an individual policy\n\nor under a group or master policy.\n\nC.
