Documents, communications, data, reports, or other\n\ninformation expressly required to be collected, developed,\n\nmaintained, or reported to a regulatory agency pursuant to this act,\n\nor other federal or state law;\n\n2. Information obtained by observation, monitoring or\n\nexamination by any regulatory agency;\n\n3. Information contained from a source independent of the\n\ninsurance compliance audit; or\n\n4.
