Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6850.1","heading":"Notification of deletions in prescription coverage","body":"Any health benefit plan that provides prescription drug coverage\n\nor contracts with a third party for prescription drug services shall\n\nnotify an enrollee presently taking a prescription drug of any\n\ndeletions, other than generic substitutions, in the health benefit\n\nplan's prescription drug formulary.
