Domestic health maintenance organizations that contract with\n\nthe Oklahoma Health Care Authority to provide basic health services\n\nto Medicaid recipients are only subject to the benefit coverage\n\ncriteria and regulations of the Medicaid program and are exempt from\n\nthe following provisions:\n\na. Sections 6058, 6058A, 6059, 6060, 6060.1, 6060.2,\n\n6060.3, 6060.3a, 6060.4, 6060.4a, 6060.4b, 6060.5,\n\n6060.5a, 6060.6, 6060.7, 6060.8, 6060.8a, 6060.8b,\n\n6060.9, 6060.9a, 6060.9b, 6060.9c, and 6060.9d of this\n\ntitle,\n\nb. Section 6911 of this title, and\n\nc. Section 6915 of this title;\n\n2.
