Every health maintenance organization shall establish and\n\nmaintain a grievance procedure that has been approved by the\n\nInsurance Commissioner to provide for the resolution of grievances\n\ninitiated by enrollees. Such grievance procedure shall be approved\n\nby the Insurance Commissioner within thirty (30) days of submission.\n\nThe health maintenance organization shall maintain a record of\n\ngrievances received since the date of its last examination of\n\ngrievances.\n\nB. The Insurance Commissioner may examine the grievance\n\nprocedures.\n\nC.
