Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6929","heading":"Contracts by Health Commissioner with qualified persons","body":"The Insurance Commissioner, in carrying out his or her\n\nobligations under the Health Maintenance Organization Act of 2003,\n\nmay contract with qualified persons to make recommendations\n\nconcerning the determinations required to be made by the Insurance\n\nCommissioner. The recommendations may be accepted in full or in\n\npart by the Insurance Commissioner.
