Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6930","heading":"Acquisition of control of health maintenance","body":"organization.\n\nNo person other than the issuer may make a tender for or a\n\nrequest or invitation for tenders of, or enter into an agreement to\n\nexchange securities for or acquire in the open market or otherwise,\n\nany voting security of a health maintenance organization or enter\n\ninto any other agreement if, after the consummation thereof, that\n\nperson would, directly or indirectly, or by conversion or by\n\nexercise of any right to acquire be in control of the health\n\nmaintenance organization.
