Stat. tit. 36, § 36-6935","heading":"Services provided to out-of-state enrollees","body":"Basic health care services as herein provided may be furnished\n\nto enrollees of health maintenance organizations outside this state\n\nonly in accordance with the laws of the state or of the United\n\nStates that govern the provision of such services in the state or\n\nplace concerned; provided, that an enrollee may be reimbursed\n\ndirectly for emergency health care expenses incurred by the enrollee\n\nwhile temporarily outside the state, when such expenses would have\n\nbeen provided under the enrollee's program had the enrollee been\n\nwithin the state.
