Nonprofit charitable and benevolent health maintenance\n\norganization corporations may hereafter be organized under the laws\n\nof the State of Oklahoma for the purpose of establishing,\n\nmaintaining and operating a nonprofit health maintenance\n\norganization by complying with the provisions of this act.\n\nB. Existing Oklahoma-licensed domestic health maintenance\n\norganizations may amend their corporate organizational documents to\n\nbecome nonprofit health maintenance organization corporations\n\npursuant to the provisions of this act, which shall entitle them to\n\nall rights, obligations and provisions of this act. Existing\n\nOklahoma-licensed domestic health maintenance organizations that\n\namend their corporate organizational documents to become nonprofit\n\nhealth maintenance organization corporations shall continue to exist\n\nwithout interruption in business, licenses, certifications or other\n\ncontinuity.\n\nC.
