A health insurer's pharmacy and therapeutics committee (P\u0026T\n\ncommittee) shall establish a formulary, which shall be a list of\n\nprescription drugs, both generic and brand name, used by\n\npractitioners to identify drugs that offer the greatest overall\n\nvalue.\n\nB. A health insurer shall prohibit conflicts of interest for\n\nmembers of the P\u0026T committee.\n\n1. A person may not serve on a P\u0026T committee if the person is\n\ncurrently employed or was employed within the preceding year by a\n\npharmaceutical manufacturer, developer, labeler, wholesaler or\n\ndistributor.\n\n2. A health insurer shall require any member of the P\u0026T\n\ncommittee to disclose any compensation or funding from a\n\npharmaceutical manufacturer, developer, labeler, wholesaler or\n\ndistributor.
