The Insurance Commissioner may conduct an examination of the\n\nbusiness affairs of any prepaid vision plan organization as often as\n\nthe Commissioner deems necessary for the protection of the interests\n\nof the people of this state.\n\nB. Any receivership, rehabilitation, liquidation, or\n\nconservation of a prepaid vision plan organization shall be\n\nconducted pursuant to the provisions for the receivership,\n\nrehabilitation, liquidation, or conservation of an insurer provided\n\nfor by Articles 18 and 19 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC.
