Stat. tit. 36, § 36-704","heading":"\"Property insurance\" defined","body":"\"Property insurance\" is insurance on real or personal property\n\nof every kind and interest therein, against loss or damage from any\n\nor all hazard or cause, and against loss consequential upon such\n\nloss or damage, other than noncontractual legal liability for any\n\nsuch loss or damage.
