Fidelity insurance, which is insurance guaranteeing the\n\nfidelity of persons holding positions of public or private trust.\n\n2. Insurance guaranteeing the performance of contracts, other\n\nthan insurance policies, and guaranteeing and executing bonds,\n\nundertakings and contracts of suretyship.\n\n3.
