The provisions of the Perpetual Care Fund Act shall not\n\napply to municipal, religious, fraternal, or nonprofit entities,\n\nfree community burial grounds, county cemetery associations, Indian\n\ntribal cemeteries on tribal land and charitable or eleemosynary\n\ninstitutions operating cemeteries in this state.\n\nB. The provisions of the Perpetual Care Fund Act may apply to\n\nunincorporated cemetery associations operating cemeteries in this\n\nstate.
