The Insurance Commissioner may initiate an action to recover\n\npayments required to be deposited to the State Insurance\n\nCommissioner Revolving Fund pursuant to the Perpetual Care Fund Act\n\nor to recover other monies received or disbursed in violation of the\n\nPerpetual Care Fund Act.\n\nB.
