Stat. tit. 36, § 36-712","heading":"Posting of standard policies and endorsements","body":"Any insurance company offering property and casualty insurance\n\npolicies may, in lieu of mailing or delivering, post on their\n\nwebsite standard policies and endorsements that do not contain\n\npersonally identifiable information. If an insurer elects to\n\nprovide standard policy and endorsement forms on the insurer’s\n\nwebsite, the insurer shall ensure that the policies and endorsements\n\nare posted in a manner that complies with the following conditions:\n\n1. The policy and endorsements shall be easily accessible;\n\n2. The insurer shall archive all policies and endorsements for\n\na period of five (5) years after the expiration of the policy;\n\n3. All policies and endorsements shall be posted in a manner\n\nthat allows an insured to print and save electronic copies of the\n\ndocuments;\n\n4. The insurer shall provide notice at the time of issuance of\n\nthe initial policy forms and upon renewal of a method by which the\n\ninsured may obtain, without charge, a paper or electronic copy of\n\nthe insured’s policy and endorsements;\n\n5. Each declaration page issued to an insured shall clearly\n\nidentify the policy and endorsement forms purchased by the insured;\n\nand\n\n6.
