Stat. tit. 36, § 36-7129","heading":"Examination of wholesale costs","body":"The Insurance Commissioner may examine each organization so as\n\nto approve the determination by the organization of the wholesale\n\ncosts made pursuant to Section 7126 of this title. The examination\n\nshall be conducted pursuant to Sections 309.1 through 309.7 of Title\n\n36 of this title and the cost of the examination shall be paid by\n\nthe cemetery owner.
