Stat. tit. 36, § 36-7133","heading":"Failure to assist examination of records - Application","body":"for receivership.\n\nWhenever any officer of any organization refuses to submit the\n\nbooks, records, papers and instruments of an organization to the\n\nexamination and inspection of the assistants or examiners of the\n\nInsurance Commissioner, or refuses or neglects to establish or\n\nmaintain a cemetery merchandise trust fund in accordance with the\n\nrequirements of the Cemetery Merchandise Trust Act within ninety\n\n(90) days after a written demand to establish or maintain a cemetery\n\nmerchandise trust fund is made by the Commissioner, or in any manner\n\nobstructs or interferes with the examination of its cemetery\n\nmerchandise trust fund, or refuses to be examined on oath concerning\n\nany of the affairs of its cemetery merchandise trust fund, the\n\nCommissioner may make application for receivership in the manner of\n\na domestic insurer pursuant to Sections 1901 through 1920 of this\n\ntitle of the Oklahoma Statutes, in addition to the penalties and\n\nother enforcement provisions of the Cemetery Merchandise Trust Act.","path":["OK Code","Title 36"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os36.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"44101983f11eba203d1f2a3295010e3b0105b3c4ada8585de39302d1051f802a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-7132","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-36-36-7134"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
