Stat. tit. 36, § 36-7135","heading":"State Insurance Commissioner Revolving Fund","body":"Upon the effective date of this act, all monies received by the\n\nState Banking Commissioner pursuant to the Cemetery Merchandise\n\nTrust Act and all monies deposited in the Cemetery Merchandise Trust\n\nAct Revolving Fund and any other monies as required by law shall be\n\ntransferred to the State Treasury and deposited into the State\n\nInsurance Commissioner Revolving Fund provided for in Section 307.3\n\nof Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Monies received after the\n\neffective date of this act pursuant to the Cemetery Merchandise\n\nTrust Act shall be deposited into the State Insurance Commissioner\n\nRevolving Fund.
