Stat. tit. 36, § 36-7401","heading":"Stop-loss coverage – Minimum aggregate retention","body":"Any stop-loss insurance coverage issued by an insurer authorized\n\nto do business in this state that provides an aggregate retention\n\nbenefit shall provide an aggregate retention of no less than one\n\nhundred ten percent (110%) of the expected claims. The Insurance\n\nCommissioner shall develop minimum disclosure standards that can be\n\nincorporated into a form that shall be utilized by insurers issuing\n\nstop-loss insurance coverage to small employers, as defined in\n\nSection 6512 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in Oklahoma.
